ABOUT THE PRESIDENT

Alana brings executive-level branding and communications experience from her role as Head of Communications and Branding at a North American terminal company operating across the U.S. and Canada. As the only female leader on the Corporate Senior Leadership Team, she launched and scaled the company’s branding and communications department. Her strategic work contributed to the company’s successful acquisition in September 2023.

Alana holds a Bachelor of Science in Interpersonal Communications with a Minor in Leadership from Trevecca University, along with a Digital Marketing Certificate from Vanderbilt University.

A driven and inspiring leader, Alana takes a people-first approach to marketing. She believes that when brands connect with the person behind the screen, they build stronger reputations and achieve greater long-term returns. With experience working alongside global organizations such as Royal Caribbean and MSC Shipping Lines, she brings a thoughtful, results-driven marketing perspective to every client engagement.
