The Challenge:
TradeLaneTalent is a practitioner-led supply chain recruiting agency in North America, built on years of hands-on experience. Founder and Managing Partner Cory Wyatt brings over 20 years of expertise in global terminal operations, ocean carrier management, and supply chain leadership. His career includes leadership roles at some of the industry’s most influential organizations, including the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey (PANYNJ), SSA Marine/Ceres, APM Terminals, HMM, and Global Container Terminals.
When TradeLaneTalent was using an AI-generated logo for its brand, the company lacked ownership of its visual identity and was unable to position itself on par with competitors. Cory sought a full company rebrand, including a professional logo, cohesive brand colors, and a competitive website, to attract top-tier clients and industry partners while elevating TLT’s market presence.

By creating a professional, strategic logo with bold, vibrant colors, TradeLaneTalent was able to stand out from the competition and strengthen its position in the industry.
We took the logo that Cory Wyatt loved and refined it by enlarging the focus on the ship, making it the centerpiece of the design. We also streamlined the tagline to clearly communicate his message of “Staffing the Supply Chain” to partners. This refreshed logo helped position TLT as a credible and recognizable brand in the market.
In addition, we completed a full redesign of TLT’s website, incorporating the new logo, branded video content, and clear messaging. The site was optimized using SEO best practices and included both short-form and long-form content to drive engagement and visibility. To improve client experience, we also implemented a client portal, enabling partners to easily schedule meetings with Cory Wyatt and his team.
